Examples of the Subscription Services in a sentence

  • Trintech may provide new functionality to the Subscription Services either: (a) as an Upgrade, or (b) as different software or service for a separate fee.

  • Supplier may remotely review Buyer’s volume and type of usage of the Subscription Services using automatically transferred usage logs.

  • P3 Trintech will make best efforts to resolve 80% of P3 issues in the next release of the Subscription Services.

  • Assimil8 will issue the initial invoice to you corresponding with each Order Form on or shortly following the signed Order Form being received by Assimil8 and prior to the Subscription Services being provided.

  • Support does not include: • implementation, configuration, integration, or customization of Services; • training; • defects or other problems arising from modification of the Subscription Services made by any third party other than Trintech or a party acting under the direction of Trintech; or, • Issues arising with Subscription Services that are not Supported Services.
