The Sub Group definition

The Sub Group means a Group which unless otherwise agreed by the parties shall consist of three number representatives of each Party. The Parties agree that the Sub Group shall meet at least four number times a year during the term of this Agreement at a venue to be agreed between the Parties. 1.8.1 The Sub Group's responsibilities shall be in relation to:
