The Signatory definition

The Signatory means the person signing this agreement;
The Signatory further promises and agrees not solicit Customers or potential Customers of “The Company”, after the termination of this “Agreement”, while making use of “The Company” Confidentiality Material.
The Signatory means the person or persons booking places at the seminar, or his or her representa- tive.
