the sewerage system definition
the sewerage system means the sewerage system the construction and maintenance of which is authorized by this Act, and any authorized extension of such system, and includes all sewers, mains, pipes, drains, pumping stations and shafts and all apparatus and things forming part of or used or connected with such system;
the sewerage system means the sewerage system the construction and maintenance of which was authorized by the Hamilton Sewerage Act 1912 [title 4 item 8], and any extension of such system to any part of the municipal area ofthe City of Hamilton, and includes all sewers, mains, pipes, drains, pumping stations and shafts and all apparatus and things forming part of or used or connected with, the said system;
