the Service Yard means the service yard forming part of the Estate and for the purposes of identification coloured orange on Plan 1 attached hereto

Examples of the Service Yard in a sentence

  • The Tenant shall pay on demand a fair proportion of any costs reasonably and properly incurred or payable by the Landlord in respect of any land or Service Media outside the Building but used in connection with the Premises including costs in respect of the Service Yard pursuant to the 1978 Transfer, the 1987 Transfer and the 2014 Deed (to the extent not charged to the Tenant by way of the Service Charge).

  • Sealed black dustbin bags must be used, and placed in Osmani Centre’s bins in the Service Yard.

  • Landlord may elect in its sole discretion to allow Tenant a license to use portions of the Service Yard, subject to terms and conditions to be determined by Landlord.

  • To keep all exterior parts of the Demised Premises including the Car Park and the Service Yard clean and tidy and free from weeds.

  • Landlord reserves (for itself, its Agents, consultants, contractors and any third parties Landlord deems to reasonably require access) the exclusive right to use and access the Service Yard for purposes of performing environmental testing, monitoring, cleanup, remediation, containment or restoration work; provided that Landlord shall not materially interfere with Tenant’s access to and use of the loading docks located on the Premises.
