The Secondment Period definition

The Secondment Period means a fixed period from DATE to DATE subject to earlier termination hereinafter provided.

Examples of The Secondment Period in a sentence

  • The Secondment Period commenced on July 15, 2007, and shall continue in effect until this Agreement is terminated upon the written agreement of the parties or the termination of Avidan’s employment with Employer.

  • The Secondment Period does not exceed 12 months per staff member.

  • The Secondment Period will terminate on the Three-Month Anniversary; provided that Acorn may terminate the Secondment Period on any earlier date by giving not less than thirty days advance notice in writing to Coalogix at any time.
