Examples of the RSSB in a sentence

  • The Contractor shall not sub‑contract, transfer or assign the whole or any part of this Agreement without the prior written consent of the RSSB, whose consent may be subject to such terms and conditions as RSSB may see fit to impose.

  • In doing so the RSSB shall at all times act reasonably and in consultation with the Recipient.

  • Should the option to terminate be exercised by the RSSB, it shall indemnify the Contractor from and against all and any actual loss unavoidably incurred by reason or in consequence of the termination provided that the Contractor takes all immediate and reasonable steps to minimise the loss.

  • The RSSB may suspend this payment schedule at any time if in the view of the RSSB, acting reasonably, satisfactory progress on the Project has not been maintained, or reports have not been submitted as required under Conditions 14 and 15.

  • If any sum of money shall be due from the Contractor to the RSSB or any other Government Department, the same may be deducted from any sum then due or which at any time thereafter may become due to the Contractor under this Agreement or any other agreement with the RSSB or with any other department, office or agency of the Crown.

  • The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the Grant shall be payable to the Grant Recipient following completion of the activities set out in the Project Proposal to the satisfaction of the RSSB and within 30 days of receipt of a valid invoice, in accordance with Schedule 2, subject to the necessary funds being available to RSSB when payment falls due, and subject to receipt by RSSB from the Recipient of any report or evidence required in respect of a particular instalment (as set out at Schedule 2).

  • In particular, the Contractor must notify the RSSB and the relevant research ethics committee of any proposed deviation from the agreed protocol or if significant developments occur as a study progresses, whether in relation to the safety of individuals or to scientific direction.

  • SECTION 4 FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS It is intended that the indicated amounts will be paid by the RSSB to the Contractor within xxx (advisory) 30 days of the dates listed.

  • The RSSB shall only be permitted to exercise its rights pursuant to this Condition 19.3 for 6 (six) months after any such change of control and shall not be permitted to exercise such rights where the RSSB has agreed in advance in writing to the particular change of control and such change of control takes place as proposed.
