The Rigger means skilled worker with good physical fitness to ride over telecom tower up to the height of 100mtr and having experience in GSM antenna orientation, Feeder laying, Microwave link installation, connector preparation. He should be skilled enough to reach the legs of the tower for above work where there are no platforms to reach antennas.
