Examples of The rent received in a sentence

  • The rent received by Seller after the Closing shall be apportioned and remitted, if applicable, as hereinabove provided.

  • The rent received and any security deposit held, if any, are accurately reflected in the Financial Statements.

  • The rent received by Landlord from reletting shall be applied (i) first to the payment of any indebtedness of Tenant to Landlord other than Rent, and (ii) second to the payment of any costs incurred by Landlord as set forth in subsection (c)(2) above, and (iii) third to the payment of Rent.
