the relevant Order means the M4Industrial Development (Northern Ireland) Order 1982;

  • If the Order Form specifies that payment will be by a method other than a credit card, We will invoice You in advance and otherwise in accordance with the relevant Order Form.

  • We shall make the Purchased Services available to You pursuant to this Agreement and the relevant Order Forms during a subscription term.

  • If any goods and/or services are not delivered on time or are delivered incorrectly, we may terminate the relevant Order.

  • Each Subscription shall commence on the Subscription Start Date and shall, unless terminated in accordance with the express terms of the relevant Order Form, continue for the Subscription Term and any applicable Renewal Term, as set out in the Order Form.

  • If such delay or failure lasts longer than 30 days, then the other Party may immediately terminate the relevant Order, in whole or in part, by giving written notice to the delayed Party.

  • If PROS has a legal obligation to pay or collect Taxes for which Customer is responsible under this Agreement, the appropriate amount shall be computed based on Customer’s address listed on the relevant Order or SOW, and invoiced to and paid by Customer, unless Customer provides PROS with a valid tax exemption certificate authorized by the appropriate taxing authority.
