The Quote’ definition
The Quote’ means the agreement that include the commercial terms and conditions regarding to the license fee, maintenance service fee and other appliable fees for accessing and using the Licensed Materials to be provided by the Licensor.
The Quote’ means the quote supplied together with these terms or any subsequent quote that is accepted by You.
The Quote’ or ‘The Estimate’ shall mean the pricing document(s) provided by The Company to The Customer.
More Definitions of The Quote’
The Quote’ means the document prepared by the Supplier specifying the Equipment, personnel and services, the Charges and the Period (as applicable).
The Quote’ means any quote or revised quote sent to the Client by the Agency on the Agency’s headed notepaper or by email detailing, inter alia, the description and price of the Materials and/or Services.
