the Protocols definition

the Protocols means the Optional Protocols mentioned in section 1(1)(b) and (c).

  • The Annexes and the Protocols to this Agreement are an integral part of it.

  • The Annexes and the acts referred to therein as adapted for the purposes of this Agreement as well as the Protocols shall form an integral part of this Agreement.

  • Collaborator will ship the Test Article and, if required, Placebo to ICD or its designee in containers marked in accordance with 21 C.F.R. § 312.6. ICD agrees that the Clinical Investigators will keep appropriate records and take reasonable steps to ensure that the Test Article is used in accordance with the Protocol(s) and applicable FDA regulations.

  • Collaborator will ship the Test Article and, if required, Placebo to ICD in containers marked in accordance with 21 C.F.R. § 312.6. ICD agrees that the Clinical Investigators will keep appropriate records and take reasonable steps to ensure that the Test Article is used in accordance with the Protocol(s) and applicable FDA regulations.
