Existing Properties definition

Existing Properties means collectively the Hotel Properties listed on Schedule 1.01(b), and “Existing Property” means any of such Hotel Properties.
Existing Properties means properties owned by Centurion Apartment REIT either directly or via subsidiaries and also properties that are part of the Rollover Agreement with CAP I LP as listed in Appendix “A”.

Existing Properties means publications, broadcast stations or other assets or properties owned by the Borrower or a Subsidiary as of March 1, 2002, or any publications, broadcast stations or other assets or properties acquired in a swap or other exchange involving Existing Properties.
