the PFA means the Pension Funds Act, 1956 (Act No. 24 of 1956), and any word or expression to which a meaning is assigned in the PFA has a similar meaning for purposes of this Directive.

Examples of the PFA in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise specified in the PFA, capitalized words and phrases shall have the meaning set out in the SAA.

  • The term of this Exhibit G commences on the Effective Date of the PFA and continues until expiration of the Webtools Term, unless earlier terminated under Section VII of the PFA.
