The Operating Fee definition

The Operating Fee means the sum stated in the Particulars commencing immediately upon the signing of this Agreement unless otherwise stated in the Particulars payable monthly in arrears by Bankers Order on the First day of every month for the continuation of this Agreement such sum to be increased on the First day of January in each year by such sum as shall be equal to the percentage by which the Index of Retail Prices as published by the Department of Employment shall have increased such increase to be certified by the Company’s Accountant and to be final and binding on all parties. Such Operating fee shall continue to be paid during the continuation of the Agreement whether extended by further agreement of the parties or otherwise but no additional fees shall be payable if the business if conducted from more than one premises in the Territory

Examples of The Operating Fee in a sentence

  • The Operating Fee for any partial month shall be pro rated to cover the actual portion of such month that this Agreement was in effect.

  • The Operating Fee shall be netted against any amounts paid to Atlas America (or its Affiliate) pursuant to the Transition Services Agreement.

  • The Operating Fee shall be paid in monthly installments and shall be due on the first Business Day of each month for the preceding month.

  • The Operating Fee shall commence to accrue upon the Opening Date.

  • The Operating Fee will be payable on the 20th of each Month on Production during the prior Month.

  • The Operating Fee shall commence to accrue upon the Resort Hotel and Casino Opening Date.

  • The Operating Fee for the month during which the Commencement of Management Services occurs and for the month during which the expiration of the Term occurs shall be prorated based on the number of days in the month including the date of the Commencement of Management Services and the date the Term expires.

  • The Operating Fee for the month during which the Commencement of Management Services occurs shall be due in the first month after the month in which the Commencement of Management Services occurs.
