The NTFF definition

The NTFF. Trade-Specific Security and NTFF Borrower Cash Collateral (the “NTFF Security”) will secure all the Trading Co Liabilities. The ITFF Trade-Specific Security and ITFF Borrower Cash Collateral (the “ITFF Security”) will secure all Trading Co Liabilities. The General Security will secure all the Trading Co Liabilities (and the Trading Hold Co Liabilities on a second ranking basis to the extent that it is Shared Security). The Trading Hold Co Security will secure all the Trading Hold Co Liabilities.
