the NQA means the Namibia Qualifications Authority established by section 2; “this Act” includes the regulations made under section 14.

Examples of the NQA in a sentence

  • All Parties agree that the Ministerial Council will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and administration of the NQA.

  • This review will allow progress on the development of a qualified workforce to be considered, and will provide an opportunity to evaluate whether further actions are needed to meet the NQA outcomes, including any further action if remote and rural long day care providers cannot reasonably attract a teacher.
