The Motorcycle definition

The Motorcycle is as described in this agreement as being hired with all its keys, tyres, accessories, spares, documents, equipment and tools, in and on the Motorcycle when the Renter takes delivery of the Motorcycle at the renting location and includes any replacement for the Motorcycle which has been officially authorised by the Company for any reason whatsoever.

The Motorcycle means the motor Motorcycle described on the Rental Agreement or any alternate motorcycle that Moto Trekkin supplies to you, whether as a replacement, upgrade or otherwise, and includes all Motorcycle parts, tyres, tools (supplied with the Motorcycle), and all other accessories or equipment in or fitted to the Motorcycle by the manufacturer or by Moto Trekkin, such as keys, Quad Lock Mounts, GPS devices and Motorcycle Monitoring Systems;
