The Merchandise definition

The Merchandise means the goods, stock in trade, products, consumables, services and everything permitted to be offered for sale by the licencee under the terms of this licence as set out in the Fourth Schedule hereto.

  • The Merchandise License does not grant to Licensee the right to produce, manufacture or have manufactured the Licensed Products.
