Examples of The MC in a sentence

  • The MC Entity will only make one delivery attempt and will not obtain a signature upon delivery.

  • The M+C Organization must have the capacity to communicate with CMS electronically.

  • The M+C Organization is receiving Federal payments under this contract, and related entities, contractors, and subcontractors paid by the M+C Organization to fulfill its obligations under this contract are subject to certain laws that are applicable to individuals and entities receiving Federal funds.

  • The M+C Organization agrees to operate an ongoing quality assessment and performance improvement program (as stated in 422.152 of subpart D).

  • The M+C Organization acknowledges that the information described below directly affects the calculation of CMS payments to the M+C Organization and that misrepresentations to CMS about the accuracy of such information may result in Federal civil action and/or criminal prosecution.

  • The M+C Organization must also have in effect mechanisms to detect both underutilization and overutilization of services.
