  • The Joint Secretariat and the Managing Authority shall be promptly informed of such an intended decision by the Lead Beneficiary and the change in the partnership has to be approved according to the provisions set out in the Subsidy contract.

  • The Lead Beneficiary shall notify the Joint Secretariat and the Managing Authority of any amendment or supplement to the present Agreement.
