The liability definition

The liability of any member who has not paid a call shall be increased by the addition at the end of the first sentence of Regulation 18 of the words "and all expenses that may have been incurred by the Company by reason of such non-payment".

Examples of The liability in a sentence

  • The liability insurance requirement and the existence or limits of any such insurance will not reduce or supersede Resident’s obligations under this Housing Agreement, except to the extent Owner charges and Resident pays for a waiver of this insurance requirement as provided below.
