the Installation Charge means the price set out in the Quotation as the Installation Charge. "the Installation Date" - means the day on which the installation of the System by the Company is completed. "Monitoring and Maintenance" - as described in the Installation Notes.   • Customer’s obligation to pay the Installation Charge and ROU Charge and other amounts due and payable pursuant to this Agreement shall not be subject to any set-off, counterclaim, deduction, defense or other right, which Customer may have against MN or any other third party.

  • Should Customer request an Installation Date that falls on one of the holidays defined by the United States government as holidays, an additional fee of 25% of the Installation Charge will be added to the Installation Charge and invoiced at the conclusion of the installation.
