the House Rules definition

the House Rules form an integral part of each accommodation agreement made between the Accommodation Provider and the Guest with respect to the provision of accommodation and related services to the person who will live at Veleslavín Residence (the "Occupant", and the "Accommodation Agreement"). Ubytovací řád vydává Ubytovatel v souladu s ustanovením § 1751 odst. 1 zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník, v platném znění („Občanský zákoník“) a řídí se právem České republiky. These House Rules have been issued by the Accommodation Provider in accordance with Sec. 1751 (1) of the Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll., as amended – the "Civil Code"), and are governed by Czech law. Výrazy označené velkým písmenem mají stejný význam jako v příslušné rezervační nebo Ubytovací smlouvě, pokud z kontextu nebo z tohoto Ubytovacího řádu neplyne něco jiného. V případě rozporu má přednost význam přiřazený určitému výrazu v Ubytovací smlouvě nebo rezervační smlouvě. Capitalized terms in these House Rules shall have the same meaning as in the relevant Reservation Agreement or Accommodation Agreement, unless the context or these House Rules suggest otherwise. In the event of discrepancies, the preferred meaning of a given term shall be that which has been assigned to it in the Accommodation Agreement or in the Reservation Agreement.
