The Host Organisation definition

The Host Organisation allows “The School” to communicate about the Internship and place “The Host Organisation’s” name and logo on “The School’s” website and other commercial publications.

Examples of The Host Organisation in a sentence

  • The Host Organisation shall comply with all local national health and safety laws, rules and guidelines and shall be responsible for the health and safety of the Student whilst on its premises or elsewhere in connection with the Host Organisation’s business activities.

  • The Host Organisation’s nominated contact for compliance with Insurance and Liability is: The Host Organisation confirms that it has in place comprehensive public liability insurance that will cover liability for (a) death or bodily injury to the Student and (b) death or bodily injury to any other person or damage to third party property arising from the Student’s actions whilst on the internship.

  • The Host Organisation shall not illegally discriminate against the Student and shall indemnify the University against any costs that may arise from such discrimination.

  • The HEI is entitled to cancel the Student’s internship if: The Host Organisation does not provide the Student with the internship place according to the Student’s study programme.

  • The Host Organisation is entitled to allow the Student to perform the assigned functions of taking part in production or service supply processes only if the Host Organisation and the Student sign a temporary work contract, as prescribed by the legal acts.

  • The Host Organisation must take such steps as Snow Medical may reasonably require to resolve or otherwise deal with that Conflict of Interest.

  • The Host Organisation will invoice Snow Medical for the Funds in accordance with the Payment Schedule.

  • The Host Organisation warrants that at the date of this agreement there are no allegations of bullying and harassment currently being investigated against the Fellow nor have any allegations been previously upheld.

  • The Host Organisation must hold the Funds as separately identifiable funds in an interest- bearing account and managed in a manner which applies interest earned on the Funds to the Grant Activities.

  • The Host Organisation will respond positively and punctually to requests from Snow Medical to peer review Snow Medical grant applications.
