THE GLOBAL CERTIFICATE definition
THE GLOBAL CERTIFICATE. On issue of the Bonds, the Global Certificate substantially in the form of Schedule 2 will be issued in respect of the aggregate principal amount of the Bonds. The Global Certificate will be issued in the name of the common depositary for Euroclear and Clearstream or their nominee. The Global Certificate need not be security printed. The Bonds evidenced by the Global Certificate shall be subject to their terms in all respects and entitled to the same benefits under this Trust Deed as Bonds evidenced by individual Definitive Certificates.
THE GLOBAL CERTIFICATE. On issue of the Bonds, the Global Certificate substantially in the form of Schedule 2 will be issued in respect of the aggregate principal amount of the Firm Bonds and the Optional Bonds, and the Issuer shall procure the Registrar to make such entries of Bonds in the register of Bondholders as appropriate. The Global Certificate will be issued in the name of the common depositary for Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg or their nominee. The Global Certificate need not be security printed. The Bonds evidenced by the Global Certificate shall be subject to their terms in all respects and entitled to the same benefits under this Trust Deed as Bonds evidenced by individual definitive Certificates.
