The FLSA Class definition
The FLSA Class. The “FLSA Class” shall mean the Plaintiffs and Opt-Ins, and all other persons who are Subclass Members.
Examples of The FLSA Class in a sentence
The FLSA Class is comprised of the Named Plaintiffs and those other individuals who filed (and did not withdraw) written consents to join this action pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 216(b).
The FLSA Class Period shall be three years prior to this Action’s filing date through the date the Court enters a preliminary approval order.
The FLSA Class Members are identified by name in Exhibit A of the Agreement.
