The Financial. Statements shall fairly present the financial position of the Company at each of the balance sheet dates and the results of operations for the periods covered thereby, and have been prepared in accordance with GAAP consistently applied throughout the periods indicated, except as described on Schedule 5.

Examples of The Financial in a sentence

  • The Financial Statements are based on the books and records of the Company and fairly present in all material respects the financial condition of the Company as of the respective dates they were prepared and the results of the operations and cash flows of the Company for the periods indicated.
