the final payment definition
the final payment means the final payment specified as such in section 2, item 2.1 of the Schedule;
the final payment means the balance of the Package Price less the Deposit and the Second Payment but plus any adjustments that have to be made as a result of changes in the number of guests or other factors agreed in writing between the Company and the Client and for any Damages.
