Examples of the Fee Schedule in a sentence

  • Fee shall be paid in the currency indicated in the Agreement, the Fee Schedule, or on the websites referenced in the present Agreement.

  • Failure to do so shall result in a capture fee assessed by our assigns and disclosed in the Fee Schedule; 5) the use of the card may be determined or restricted by the Credit Union at any time without notice; 6) the personal identification number (PIN) is confidential and you agree not to disclose it to third parties, record it on your card, or store it in the proximity of your card, disguised or otherwise.

  • A Research Fee may be charged for such a requesting in addition to a fee for paper copy as set forth in the Fee Schedule.

  • If you withdraw any or all of the funds erroneously deposited to your account, you agree that you are obligated to reimburse us for the amount of the erroneous deposit or credit, and any costs and fees as stated in this Agreement and the Fee Schedule.

  • The Reserve will be held according to the schedule stated in the Fee Schedule.

  • If you fail to maintain a valid and deliverable email address, Firstrade may charge you a fee for re-delivery of certain documents by postal mail, as outlined in the Fee Schedule.

  • You confirm that you have carefully studied the Fee Schedule that are applied and relevant to you.

  • If you exceed these limitations in any statement period, we can refuse or reverse the transfer, close your account, and charge a fee as stated in the Fee Schedule.

  • The Fees will be calculated according to the Fee Schedule incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
