Examples of the Facility Period in a sentence

  • The undertakings and covenants in this Clause 12 remain in force for the duration of the Facility Period.

  • The Commitment shall automatically terminate on the last day of the Facility Period and any Loans then outstanding (together with accrued interest thereon and any other amounts owing hereunder) shall be due and payable on such date.
