the Event Date definition

the Event Date means the date or dates of the sponsored events
the Event Date means the date of the Event as set out on the Order; ‘the Order “means the client order form attached;
the Event Date means the date(s) on which the Client’s Event is held.

Examples of the Event Date in a sentence

  • Liquidated damages payable by the Company pursuant to this Section 7(d) shall be payable on the first (1st) Business Day of each thirty (30) day period following the Event Date.

  • Liquidated damages payable by the Company pursuant to this Section 7(e) shall be payable on the first (1st) Business Day of each thirty (30) day period following the Event Date.

  • If the termination occurs prior to the Control Event, the Severance Payment is due on the twentieth business day following the Event Date; if the termination occurs on or subsequent to the Event Date, the Severance Payment is due on the twentieth business day following the date of termination (the "Termination Date").

  • Liquidated damages payable by the Company pursuant to this Section shall be payable on the first (1st) Business Day of each thirty (30) day period following the Event Date.

  • The payments to which the Holders shall be entitled pursuant to this Section are referred to herein as "Registration Delay Payments." Registration Delay Payments shall be calculated on a cumulative basis and paid within five (5) Business Days of the Event Date and each monthly anniversary thereof.

  • Liquidated damages payable by the Company pursuant to this Section 7(f) shall be payable on the Event Date and the first (1st) Business Day of each thirty (30) day period following the Event Date.

  • Such changes will be advised no later than 4 weeks prior to the Event Date.

  • Owner shall have the right to revoke the License at any time prior to the Event Date, provided it gives Renter prior written notice of revocation.

Related to the Event Date

  • Event Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).

  • Trigger Event Date means a date on which a Trigger Event has occurred as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Switch Event Date means the date recorded in the Registry as being the date on which a trader assumes responsibility for an ICP;

  • Event Determination Date means, in respect of a Credit Event, the date on which both the related Credit Event Notice and the related Notice of Publicly Available Information are effective.

  • SOFR Determination Date has the meaning specified in the definition of “Daily Simple SOFR”.
