Population means the population as ascertained at the last preceding census of which the relevant figures have been published;
Footprint means the track width multiplied by the wheelbase as stated in the certificate of conformity and defined in sections 2.1 and 2.3 of Annex I to Directive 2007/46/EC;

Moderate means violations that result in negative outcome and actual or potential harm for a resident.
Rape Crisis Center means an office, institution, or center offering assistance to victims of sexual offenses through crisis intervention, medical and legal information, and follow-up counseling.
