Examples of the Design Brief in a sentence

  • At the commencement of the Design Development Work Stage, based on the proposals of the Architect, the Client completes the Design Brief by indicating, in particular, the final nature and characteristics of building materials, construction processes and internal fixtures and fittings.

  • Nothing contained in the Design Brief shall relieve the Exhibition Designer from any of his obligations to the Client under this Agreement.

  • The Exhibition Designer shall agree in advance with the Client any departure from the Design Brief.

  • Once the Programme and Cost Plan have been agreed in accordance with Clause 2, the Client and the Exhibition Designer shall agree the Design Brief which shall then be the Design Brief for the Exhibition.

  • The Project Manager shall perform the Services in respect of the Exhibition having due regard to the provisions of the Design Brief but not so as to exclude the exercise of independent judgement on the part of the Project Manager.
