the Conducting Media means drains sewers pipes wires and cables for the passage and running of water and soil gas electricity telecommunications and other electronic impulses fuel and oil;
the Conducting Media means drains sewers conduits flues gutters gullies channels ducts shafts watercourses pipes cables wires and mains or any of them in or passing through the Building or some part thereof except insofar as the same exclusively serve the Demised Premises
the Conducting Media means sewers drains pipes channels wires cables mains or other conducting media

Examples of the Conducting Media in a sentence

  • The Landlord will not be under an obligation to enter into a wayleave agreement unless the Conducting Media can be installed without having a material adverse effect on or causing material disruption to the tenants or occupiers of any other Lettable Units.

  • If any dispute or disagreement at any time arises between the Tenant and the tenants and occupiers of the Building or any adjoining or neighbouring property belonging to the Landlord relating to the Conducting Media serving, or easements or rights affecting, the Premises, the Building or any adjoining or neighbouring property, the matter in dispute or disagreement is to be determined by the Landlord, by which determination the Tenant shall be bound.

  • The right to the free and uninterrupted passage and running of Amenities from and to other parts of the Estate or any other adjoining or nearby property of the Landlord through the Conducting Media that may at any time be constructed in, on, over or under the Premises.

  • The right, subject to temporary interruption for repair, alteration or replacement, in common with the Landlord and all other persons having a like right, to the free passage and running of Amenities to and from the Premises through the Conducting Media in, on, over or under the Estate and not exclusively serving the Premises.

  • The right to the free and uninterrupted passage and running of water, sewerage, electricity, telephone and other services or supplies from and to other parts of the Building in and through the Conducting Media which now or may during the Term be In, on, under or over the Premises.

  • The following rights are granted to the Tenant subject to the Landlord’s rights:61 To connect to and use the Conducting Media connecting the Premises to the public mains for the passage of Supplies from and to the Premises.

  • The right to use the Conducting Media in the Common Parts which now exist or shall come into existence which serve the Premises for the free and uninterrupted passage and running of water soil gas electricity telecommunication and other services to and from the Premises through and along the Conducting Media.

  • The right of passage and running of Utilities through the Conducting Media as are now or may after the date of this deed be installed in the Premises and serving or capable of serving other parts of the Estate or adjoining or neighbouring property or any buildings now or after the date of this deed erected on such property together with the right to enter upon the Premises to inspect, repair or maintain any such Conducting Media.

  • Not to bring or permit to remain on the Premises any machinery goods or other articles which shall strain or damage the Building or any part of it or which could or would overload the Conducting Media serving it or cause interference or obstruction to the same.

  • EFFECT OF TERMINATION On the expiry or termination of this Lease the Tenant at its own expense shall vacate the Premises and shall: Remove the Equipment; Make good all other damage to the Premises caused by the Tenant or its subcontractors, so as to put the Premises and/or the Landlord’s Property in no worse condition than evidenced by the Condition Survey; Disconnect or make safe the Conducting Media and Electrical Infrastructure connecting the Equipment to the Connection Point.
