The competent Religious Authority definition
The competent Religious Authority means in relation to the Roman Catholic Church or the Church of Ireland the Ordinary and in any other case the person or persons who according to the rules or the constitution of the Church or Faith concerned is or are for the time being the religious superior or superiors of the members of that Church or Faith living in the area in which the School is situated.
