The Client Data definition

The Client Data means all information relating to any customer of The Client or its Affiliates, which is communicated, transferred, processed or stored by Digitalis and/or its Service Personnel in providing the Services, including all Personal Data either supplied to Digitalis by or on behalf of The Client or its Affiliates, or The Client data which Digitalis is required to generate, process, store, transfer or transmit pursuant to this Agreement;

Examples of The Client Data in a sentence

  • The Client Data shall not be (i) used by the Company other than in connection with providing the Services, (ii) disclosed, sold, assigned, leased or otherwise provided to third parties by the Company, or (iii) commercially exploited by or on behalf of the Company, its employees or agents.
