The Care Recipient definition

The Care Recipient means the person named on page 1 of the Contract as being the Care Recipient and who is in receipt of the Services.

Examples of The Care Recipient in a sentence

  • The Care Recipient may be required to agree to such third party’s customer agreement prior to accessing such products and/or services, and any information you provide to any such third party will be subject to that party’s privacy policy.

  • The Care Recipient may be required to agree to such Third Party’ Provider’s customer terms and conditions prior to accessing such products and/or services.

  • The Care Recipient is deemed to be insured against statutory liability.

  • The Care Recipient shall pay the charges within 30 days of receipt of the invoice to a giro/bank account number to be specified by the Care Provider.
