The CAC definition

The CAC means the Competition Appeal Court as established in terms of section 36 of the Act;

Examples of The CAC in a sentence

  • The CAC may refer the faculty member's appeal to the faculty member's department for further consideration.

  • The CAC may request additional supporting materials for clarification of the previous bodies’ decisions, the application, or the appeal.

  • The CAC shall issue a decision within 30 days of the Grantee's notice.
