The Breeders refers to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ N’ Furioso Boxers. Buyer(s) agrees to purchase said dog under the following warranties and conditions, NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS ARE EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED other than those stated within this contract. Both parties, without any mental reservations whatsoever, are freely entering into this contract. Examples of The Breeders in a sentence

  • The Breeders will oversee children handling the puppies at all times.

  • The Breeders warrant and guarantee that, to the best of their knowledge, the Dog is in good health at the time of purchase.

  • The Breeders request the Buyer(s) to email copies of any conformation or working titles/certificates the dog receives for her records.

  • Should the dog die under the age of 5 (five) years to any of the below- mentioned ailments, The Breeders shall provide the Buyer(s) with a replacement puppy of similar quality at the Breeders’ earliest opportunity.

  • The Breeders will give a refund to the Purchaser (less non-refundable deposit and all associated costs of return transportation i.e., airfare, fuel, travel meals, accommodation, etc., that will be borne by the Purchaser) for any reason within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date of the dog.

  • The Breeders agree to pay the Buyer a $50.00 rebate in the event the Buyer and the Dog obtain any titles/certificates from a recognized kennel or working dog club including, but not limited to, the CKC and American Kennel Club.

  • F SHOW QUALITY PUPPIES The Breeders will use their best judgment and the advice of other fanciers in evaluating the puppies as to show or pet quality.
