The Beach definition

The Beach means the strip of land bordering Lake Wanaka and marked on Penrith Park Zone Plan ‘A’ as “The Beach” and being of a length of 175m measured in a straight line from the point where a prolongation of the northern side of Beacon Point Road (as shown on the appropriate survey maps) intersects the shoreline to the point where the line last intersects with the shoreline to the North.

Examples of The Beach in a sentence

  • The Beach Houses are private homes with restrictions in place in terms of the type of group accepted.

  • The Beach Houses are not party houses and therefore we do not permit banners, balloons or any other similar items at any of the houses.

  • The Beach Trolley Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected by or interpreted in conjunction with this Agreement.

  • Nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer upon any third party any rights, remedies, obligations, or liabilities under or by reason of this Agreement, except as expressly provided herein.
