The Base Price definition

The Base Price means the base price per shelf ---------- keeping unit as specified in Exhibit A hereof. The Base Price set forth in Exhibit A shall remain firm through December 31, 1994. The Base Price will be adjusted on January 1st. every year, commencing on January 1, 1995 for the annual change in the CPI for the previous year.
The Base Price. In the last month of the quarter, Label's participation shall be at the rate of seven percent (7%) off the Base Price. Catalog Program sales shall have an additional sixty (60) days dating. Accordingly, payments due by Navarre to Label for these items shall be paid within one hundred fifty (150) days from the invoice date.
The Base Price means the price per ECI share which was paid by Koor to Clal for each of the relevant shares in dollar values plus interest at Libor on US dollars plus 0.4% (four tenths of a percent) per annum, computed from the date on which Koor paid the consideration for the relevant shares to Clal to the date of paying the difference, as defined in sub-clause 13.1 or 13.2 of this agreement.

  • The Base Price and number of SARs are subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 11.

  • The Base Price is based on Buyer’s receipt of coal of a quality that is consistent with or superior to all of the GMWA specifications as set forth in §6.1.   • The Base Price of the Aircraft is the sum of the Airframe Base Price and the CFM International Propulsion Systems Base Price until the Buyer notifies the Seller of its Propulsion Systems selection.
