The Barn definition

The Barn means the complex comprised of the buildings and surrounding outside areas of Gate Street Barn, The Orangery, Courtyard, The Gardens, The Car Parks, The Granary, The Bridal Room and The Pheasantry
The Barn means Almonry Barn; The Terrace and approach, The House, Courtyard, The Orchard, The Gardens and All the Car Parking areas.

Examples of The Barn in a sentence

  • The Renter will be the only Event in progress at The Barn and The Field area (if reserved) during the reserved time block, however, other uses and events may and will continue as necessary on the surrounding acreage.

  • The Barn and Education Building are off limits to everyone except during scheduled NMLRA programs.

  • If additional requests need to be made after the contract is signed, those requests need to be presented to The Barn Management for approval in writing no less than 24 hours prior to the event itself.

  • Neither The Barn nor its agents or employees shall be liable for any damages or loss which may be caused to any of the goods of the customer, its employees or invitees brought onto the premises for whatever reason, nor for any injury or loss of life of the customer or its employees howsoever caused.

  • The renter may have access to The Barn at Bull Run (unless discussed separately) on Friday 5pm – 9pm, Saturday 7am – 11pm, and Sunday 2pm – 4pm OR Thursday 5pm-9pm, Friday 7am – 11pm, and Saturday 9am – 11pm.

  • That the Groom and Bride also bind themselves as personal sureties for monies owed and due to The Barn arising from their wedding.

  • The table is located in the Barossa Wine Story room and/or The Barn Door Window.

  • The Barn at Bull Run will not be responsible for any set-up or tear down outside of the tables and chairs.

  • The Barn may be rented for event setup the day before with an additional $500 charge.

  • The Barn will not be held liable for interruptions of services (water, electricity, sanitation).
