If any work is judged by the CSEA representative to be unit work, he/she shall be authorized to modify the project by mutual agreement with the Arboretum Director.
Agriculture students will plant the new trees and shrubs which are an integral part of the Arboretum and which represent an element of their learning experience as determined and designated by the Arboretum Director and course instructor.
In order to insure that the plantings and irrigation systems installations done by students do not exceed the boundaries of student education and infringe upon the work of the bargaining unit, regular meetings will be held monthly among the Arboretum Director, the Grounds Supervisor and a CSEA representative from the grounds-keeping area to discuss student work in progress and planned.

Animals: Animals, with the exception of services animals, are not permitted inside the Arboretum Community Clubhouse without prior approval of the POA.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside or on the grounds of all the Arboretum Facilities.
Parking: Limited spaces are available for parking at the Arboretum Community Clubhouse.
Confetti: Thrown rice, birdseed, glitter, and all types of confetti are prohibited inside the Arboretum Clubhouse.
Clubhouse reservations are “First-come, first-served” with priorities given to the Arboretum Property Owners Association Functions.
