The Arbitration Notice must describe the nature of the controversy, the remedies sought, and the election to commence Arbitration proceedings.
The Arbitration Award shall include default interest (as defined or otherwise provided for in the Note, “Default Interest”) (with respect to monetary awards) at the rate specified in the Note for Default Interest both before and after the Arbitration Award.
