Thai Feeder Fund definition

Thai Feeder Fund means a Thai CIS that is approved by the SEC under Section 117 of the Securities and Exchange Act (as may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time) as a feeder fund and invests substantially all of its assets, in accordance with the requirements in the Notification of the Capital Market Supervisory Board No. Tor Nor. 87/2558 Re: Investment of Funds issued by the SEC, as may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, in a single Hong Kong CIS that is eligible for the mutual recognition of funds arrangement between Hong Kong and Thailand (“Hong Kong Master Fund”).
