Finance Subsidiary means a wholly owned subsidiary that is formed for the purpose of borrowing funds or issuing securities and lending the proceeds to the Issuer or a Guarantor and that conducts no business other than as may be reasonably incidental to, or related to, the foregoing.
Ministry of Finance means the Borrower’s Ministry of Finance, and any successor thereto.
Structured Finance Obligation means any obligation issued by a special purpose vehicle and secured directly by, referenced to, or representing ownership of, a pool of receivables or other financial assets of any obligor, including collateralized debt obligations and mortgaged-backed securities. For the avoidance of doubt, if an obligation satisfies the definition of “Structured Finance Obligation”, such obligation shall not (a) qualify as any other category of Portfolio Investment and (b) be included in the Borrowing Base.
Finance means the Division of Finance.
Appraisal management company means a person or entity that (i) administers a network of
Project Finance Subsidiary means a Subsidiary that is a special-purpose entity created solely to (i) construct or acquire any asset or project that will be or is financed solely with Project Financing for such asset or project and related equity investments in, loans to, or capital contributions in, such Subsidiary that are not prohibited hereby and/or (ii) own an interest in any such asset or project.
HKEx means Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited;
Finance Department means the Finance Department of the Government of Assam;
Co-Issuer means the Person named as the “Co-Issuer” in the first paragraph of this Indenture, until a successor Person shall have become such pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Indenture, and thereafter “Co-Issuer” shall mean such successor Person.
Ministry means the Ontario Ministry of the Environment;
Corporate Finance Fee means the fee to be paid to the Agent by the Issuer in consideration of corporate finance and structuring services provided by the Agent;
CSC means the Civil Service Commission of the City and County of San Francisco.
Finance commission means the Finance Commission of Texas.
Financial Support means any loans, guarantees, Security or other financial assistance (whether actual or contingent).
ACO means an organization of health care providers that has a formal legal structure, is identified by a federal Taxpayer Identification Number, and agrees to be accountable for the quality, cost, and overall care of the patients assigned to it.
mixed financial holding company means a mixed financial holding company as defined in point (21) of Article 4(1) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013;
Ministry of Justice Guidance means Ministry of Justice Guidance in relation to Section 9 of the Bribery Act 2010 available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.xx/guidance/docs/bribery-act-2010-guidance.pdf;
Sales finance company means that term as defined in section 2 of the motor vehicle sales finance act, MCL 492.102.
CVM means the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários, the Brazilian National Securities Commission, or any successor governmental agency in Brazil.
NIM Issuer The entity established as the issuer of the NIM Securities.
BOT means the Bank of Thailand.
Appraisal management services means one or more of the following:
ANZ means Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited.
State fire marshal means the chief officer of the division of fire protection as described in Iowa Code section 100.1 or one authorized to act in the state fire marshal’s absence.
Bidco means a business and industrial development company licensed under this act. The term includes a business development enterprise.
Ultimate Parent Company means a company which owns at least twenty six percent (26%) equity in the Bidding Company or Member of a Consortium, (as the case may be) and in the Technically Evaluated Entity and/or Financially Evaluated Entity (as the case may be) and such Bidding Company or Member of a Consortium, (as the case may be) and the Technically Evaluated Entity and/or Financially Evaluated Entity (as the case may be) shall be under the direct control or indirectly under the common control of such company;
