  • The Borrower shall take all action which shall be necessary on its part to enable TGTDCL to perform its obligations under this Loan Agreement and the Project Agreement, and shall not take or permit any action which would interfere with the performance of such obligations.

  • The Borrower shall designate the following entities as the Project Executing Agencies that are responsible for carrying out the respective Parts of the Project: Part A: GTCL Part B: BGFCL Part C: SGCL Part D: TGTDCL.
