The Supplier agrees to comply with all Workers’ Compensation Board standards and all applicable federal and provincial safety legislation all applicable WAA safety policies and procedures Work Place Hazardous Material Information system (WHMIS) legislation and regulations and Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TGD) legislation and regulations.
