TGAM Manager shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).
Examples of TGAM Manager in a sentence
A majority of the Managers serving on the Board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business of the Board; provided, that at least one Green Plains Manager and one TGAM Manager are required to constitute a quorum for the transaction of any business of the Board (if there is at least one Green Plains Manager and one TGAM Manager on the Board at such time).
Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, in no event shall TGAM designate as a TGAM Manager any individual serving as a director on the Board of Directors of Green Plains.
